As a Telecalling Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in order to pitch products or services. Your key responsibilities will include making a high volume of calls daily, providing information about the products or services, and convincing customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment. You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and have a friendly and professional demeanor. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and meet daily call quotas. Prior experience in telemarketing or customer service is preferred but not required. As a Telecalling Executive, you will be expected to work efficiently from home and adhere to company policies and guidelines at all times. Calculation of Service Tax for payments & Preparation of Half Yearly ServiceTax Return Filing. Preparation of Service Registration. Auditing, Preparation of Balance sheet, E-Return filing related to organization &other individual files. TDS & Paid through by challan /online after that preparation of Quarterly Return& submit to NSDL Centers. Preparation of Income Tax Cases as per Questioner, make a details as perIncome Tax prescribed format & other Miscellaneous works. Billing, Vouching & others Administrative work like handling of Cash Expenses in INRs with foreign Currencies, Checking &Passing of Bills & other miscellaneous works. Correspondence to Bank & other official correspondence. Preparation of Income Tax Matters, I T Appellate & Tribunal Cases. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information. Documents financial transactions by entering account information. Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options. Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports. Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents. Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures. Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information. Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
