Position Title: Account Inventory Executive, Department: Accounting / Finance, Location: Gopalpura Jaipur, Reports To: Managers / DirectorsJob Overview:The Account Inventory Executive will manage and track inventory-related financial transactions. This role combines accounting functions with inventory control, ensuring accurate record-keeping of stock movements, reconciling inventory accounts.Key Responsibilities:1. Inventory Accounting:Maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions, including purchases, sales, transfers, day to day accounting. Ensure proper valuation of inventory in accordance with company policies and accounting standards (e.g., FIFO, LIFO). Reconcile inventory accounts on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure consistency with physical stock.2. Stock Reconciliation: Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and accounting records. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or variances in the inventory accounts.3. Compliance & Internal Controls: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls in relation to inventory management. Review inventory processes to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions.4. Inventory Audits: Assist internal and external auditors during inventory audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations for inventory transactions. Support in the identification and resolution of inventory-related audit findings.Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Fresher-6 years of experience in accounting, inventory management, or a related role.Technical Skills:Proficiency in accounting software (Advanc Excel, Tally, Jewels Core & Prime, Jwelly ERP etc) for reporting, analysis, and reconciliation. Familiarity with inventory management systems and costing methods.Working Conditions:Normal office hours with flexibility for month-ends. Occasional site visits etc.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of cataloging, payment reconciliation, account management, advertising, promotions, deals & discounts, product listings, and client management to drive performance and deliver business goals.Key Responsibilities:Platform Management:Manage and oversee product listings on Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, and other key e-commerce platforms.Ensure that product catalogs are accurate, complete, and optimized for maximum visibility and conversion.Monitor product availability and inventory levels across platforms, ensuring seamless stock management.Cataloging:Create and manage accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images to ensure high-quality listings.Implement strategies to improve product discoverability and conversion rates on Myntra, Flipkart, AJIO, etc.Regularly audit and update catalogs to ensure they meet platform-specific requirements and enhance user experience.Advertising & Promotions:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotions across e-commerce platforms.Manage deals, discounts, and offers to ensure competitiveness and maximize sales opportunities.Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns based on analytics and consumer behavior.Payment Reconciliation:Reconcile payments from various e-commerce platforms to ensure timely and accurate settlement.Address and resolve discrepancies in payment reports and liaise with platform support teams as needed.Account Management:Act as the primary point of contact for e-commerce platform account management, ensuring smooth operation and communication.Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives to stay updated on new features, policies, and best practices.Client & Stakeholder Management:Work closely with clients, sales
