Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management

Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse activities

Ensure smooth receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods

Maintain proper inventory flow and warehouse layout

Inventory Control

Monitor stock levels and accuracy

Implement inventory control systems and audits

Reduce shrinkage, damage, and losses

Team Leadership

Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff

Assign tasks and monitor performance

Ensure employee productivity and discipline

Logistics Coordination

Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams

Manage shipment schedules and delivery timelines

Resolve logistics issues quickly

Safety & Compliance

Enforce workplace safety policies

Ensure compliance with company and legal regulations

Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments

Process Improvement

Develop strategies to improve warehouse efficiency

Implement automation and best practices

Reduce operational costs

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare operational reports and KPIs

Maintain accurate warehouse records

Track performance metrics and budgets
