As a Voice Process Executive, you will handle customer interactions via phone, providing assistance and solutions to their inquiries. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive company image.

- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date for future reference.

- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay it to management, aiding in service improvement and product development.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Communication Skills: A strong command of spoken language, including clarity, fluency, and an understanding of customer needs is essential.

- Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport with customers quickly and effectively is important for resolving issues and enhancing customer satisfaction.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Capability to think critically and offer solutions in a fast-paced environment is vital for addressing customer concerns.

- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and technologies as needed.

- Experience: Previous experience in a voice process or customer service role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 6 years in relevant fields.
