Roles and Responsibilities:
€¢ Directly engage with end clients, including Tier-1 Vendors and Implementation Partners, to fulfill their requirements efficiently.
€¢ Develop and nurture a network of Tier-1 Vendors or Implementation Partners on a daily basis to ensure prompt placement of Bench candidates.
€¢ Utilize various job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, and Free Job Sites to source qualified candidates.
€¢ Assess consultants' suitability for job requirements and provide suggestions for enhancements to maximize placement opportunities.
€¢ Maintain regular communication with consultants, updating them on submissions and interview processes.
€¢ Coordinate interviews with tier-one vendors or end clients, ensuring seamless follow-up and closure of candidate placements.
€¢ Proficiently conduct both Active and Passive searches to identify suitable candidates.
€¢ Proactively generate leads through cold calling to establish new direct client relationships.
€¢ Manage the entire Bench sales cycle effectively, from sourcing to closure.
€¢ Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
€¢ Employ recruiting techniques such as Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and other Internet-Based tools.
€¢ Collaborate with third-party vendors to expedite the sourcing of resumes.
€¢ Prioritize consultant comfort and preferences when submitting profiles to vendors.
