Customer Service:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve complaints.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

Promote products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.

Store Maintenance:

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Perform regular cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and organizing merchandise.

Restock shelves and displays as needed to maintain inventory levels.

Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store standards.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals.

Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
