Job Description

- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements for clients: This includes booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and any other travel-related services needed for clients.

- Research and recommend travel destinations and activities: Stay updated on popular travel destinations, attractions, and activities to provide clients with the best recommendations based on their preferences.

- Assist clients with visa and passport requirements: Guide clients through the process of obtaining necessary travel documents such as visas and passports to ensure a smooth travel experience.

- Handle travel emergencies and provide support: Be available to assist clients in case of any travel emergencies, such as flight cancellations or lost passports, and provide timely support and solutions.

- Maintain relationships with travel vendors and suppliers: Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to negotiate rates and ensure clients receive the best deals and services.

Skills and Expectations:

- Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless travel arrangements.

- Attention to detail: Thoroughly research travel options, document requirements, and bookings to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

- Organizational skills: Manage multiple clients and their travel arrangements simultaneously, staying organized and meeting deadlines.
