Travel Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and customizing domestic and international holiday packages, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Plan, create, and execute customized domestic and international holiday packages.

€¢ Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets.

€¢ Handle end-to-end travel bookings including flights, hotels, sightseeing tours, transfers, and visa assistance.

€¢ Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and service providers for bookings and confirmations.

€¢ Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the trip.

€¢ Keep updated with travel trends, destinations, and offers.

€¢ Manage itinerary documentation and maintain records.

€¢ Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

€¢ 1€“3 years of experience in travel industry or similar role.

€¢ Good knowledge of domestic & international destinations.

€¢ Proficiency in using GDS, travel portals, and booking platforms.

€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

€¢ Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.

€¢ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

€¢ Degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism or related field.
