we are looking for a travel consultant with an outgoing personality and great enthusiasm for traveling and tour planning. the consultant will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and organizing end-to-end travel arrangements for our clients. your contribution will directly impact our company’s reputation and revenue.

job responsibilities:

1.) ideate and offer the best tour plans as per the client's requirements and budget

2.) well-versed in international and domestic travel to suggest the best solutions to clients

3.) manage ticketing, provide visa and passport assistance, plan accommodation, create itinerary for the entire tour, arrange cabs/ local transport, guide and direct the clients as needed, etc..

4.) design interesting and engaging travel plans that match clients’ requirements and budget

5.) be cordial and work towards retaining every client

6.) resourcefully resolve any issues that might pop up during the tours

7.) responsible for daily reporting, along with securing data and maintaining confidentiality per company policies

8.) be result-oriented and drive growth and revenue

requirements:

1.) bachelor’s degree (any major) - must have

2.) min 1 year’s work experience from the travel & tourism industry

3.) strong knowledge in travel budgets, international and domestic travel regulations, visa and immigration protocols

4.) excellent communication and multilingual abilities

5.) effective in closing deals and securing business

6.) tech savviness
