We are looking for an enthusiastic Tour Manager to join our team in Kanpur. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing travel experiences and ensuring customers have memorable trips.

As a Tour Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating various travel itineraries. You will help manage logistics, including transportation and accommodation, to ensure everything runs smoothly. You will also assist customers during their tours, addressing any concerns and enhancing their travel experience. This position requires effective communication skills, as you will interact with clients and vendors regularly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and organize tour itineraries based on customer preferences: Understand the needs of customers and create plans that include destinations, activities, and accommodations.

- Communicate with clients to provide updates and support: Keep customers informed and assist them with any inquiries or issues during their tours.

- Coordinate with service providers: Work with hotels, transport services, and local guides to book and confirm arrangements for the trips.

- Assist in managing budget and expenses: Help evaluate costs and ensure that tours stay within budget while providing quality services.
