Tender Search & Analysis

Regularly search for tenders on GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals.

Analyze eligibility criteria, scope of work, and commercial/technical requirements.

Maintain tender tracking sheet.

📑 Documentation & Submission

Prepare all documentation (Eligibility, Financial, Technical).

Coordinate with internal teams for certifications, pricing, and authorizations.

Submit online/offline tenders on or before deadline.

Ensure document compliance (GST, PAN, Turnover, Past Experience, etc.)

💬 Internal Coordination

Communicate with Sales, Accounts, Technical, and Legal teams for bid inputs.

Coordinate for EMD/BG submission and tender fee payments.
