Tender Search & AnalysisRegularly search for tenders on GeM, CPPP, eProcurement portals.Analyze eligibility criteria, scope of work, and commercial/technical requirements.Maintain tender tracking sheet. Documentation & SubmissionPrepare all documentation (Eligibility, Financial, Technical).Coordinate with internal teams for certifications, pricing, and authorizations.Submit online/offline tenders on or before deadline.Ensure document compliance (GST, PAN, Turnover, Past Experience, etc.) Internal CoordinationCommunicate with Sales, Accounts, Technical, and Legal teams for bid inputs.Coordinate for EMD/BG submission and tender fee payments.

Monitor and control oxygen production machinery.Record readings from gauges, meters, and control panels.Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.Perform basic maintenance on equipment.Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams.Report irregularities or malfunctions immediately.

Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Service Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth communication between clients, sales, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order processing.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and support the sales team with daily administrative tasksProcess customer orders, quotes, and follow-ups in a timely mannerAct as a point of contact for clients regarding order status, deliveries, and general inquiriesCommunicate with internal departments (logistics, finance, warehouse, etc.) to ensure timely order fulfillmentMaintain and update customer databases and sales recordsAssist in preparing sales reports and presentationsHandle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessarySupport in organizing sales events, product demos, and promotional activitiesRequirements:Proven experience in a sales support, coordination, or customer service roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication skills (verbal and written)Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Knowledge of CRM software or ERP systems is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field preferred

You should have: Bachelor of Biomedical Engineering (Preferred) / Any engineering discipline with interest in hospital infrastructure 2-4 years of relevant experience Very good command of English language Proficient in Microsoft office Tendering or procurement back ground is a plus Different medical equipment background Medical planning knowledge is a plus Good communication skills Attentive to details Good analytical skillsThe candidate will be responsible of reviewing tender requirements, preparing calculation sheets, financial and technical submittals, communicating with the suppliers regarding any technical clarifications and for financial negotiation.
