Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain Records: Accurately document calls, customer responses, and feedback in our database to help improve our services and track customer interaction.

- Follow Up: Regularly contact leads and follow up on previous calls to nurture relationships and increase sales opportunities.

- Collaborate with Team: Share insights and suggestions with team members to improve calling strategies and enhance overall performance.
