Telecaller Fresher

We are looking for a female Telecaller to join our team in Kolkata. This full-time position is suitable for candidates with little or no experience. Your main role will involve communicating with customers over the phone to provide information and support.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Customer Outreach**: Make calls to potential clients to inform them about our products and services, ensuring you understand their needs and address their questions.

2. **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of calls made and gather feedback from clients to help improve our offerings.

3. **Follow-Up Calls**: Reach out to previous customers to encourage repeat business, build relationships, and gather insights on their experiences.

4. **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team by providing leads and information about customer interests, helping to drive new business.

5. **Problem Solving**: Address any customer inquiries or complaints professionally and provide suitable solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi or Bengali. A pleasant phone manner is essential, as you will represent the company to customers. Basic computer skills are necessary for data entry and call tracking. Being a quick learner and having the ability to work in a team is important. Reliability and a positive attitude towards work are also essential for success in this role.
