key responsibilities
make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company products/services.
explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.
understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
maintain accurate customer records in the crm system.
follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure successful conversions.
handle customer objections professionally and provide effective solutions.
build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
collaborate with the sales team to enhance sales strategies and overall performance.
required skills & qualifications
experience in tele-sales, inside sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
