Hiring Freshers || Telesales Executive

Job Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and business owners.

Explain Trend Line Media's services and promotional packages.

Generate new business leads through telephone calls.

Follow up with interested customers and convert enquiries into sales.

Maintain customer details and daily calling reports.

Build good relationships with customers and achieve sales targets.

Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Tamil.

Basic knowledge of English is an advantage.

Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic computer knowledge.

Sales experience is an added advantage.
