We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing B2B sales team in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential business customers, generating leads, converting enquiries into sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should have experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or outbound sales and should be comfortable interacting with B2B customers over phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential B2B customers to generate leads and sales opportunities
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and sales in CRM or Excel
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
Provide follow-ups and support after sales to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Skills:
Good communication skills in English
12 years experience in Tele Sales / Inside Sales / Outbound Sales
Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Strong persuasion and customer handling skills
Salary: 18,000 22,000 per month + Sales Incentives
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Office Timing: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
