• Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow (लखनऊ के स्थाई / मूल निवासिओं को ही चयनित किया जायगा।)

Job role and responsibilities:-

• To make communication with our Associates.

• Finding out their problems.

• Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.

• Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.

• Follow-up of every grievance till it to be resolved.

• Reporting to management regarding serious & unresolved problems.

• Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.

• Reminder Calls to our Associates regarding every month’s offers.

Basic Eligibility criteria for applying:-

• Must have good speaking skills in English language.

• Working knowledge of MS-Excel.

• Must have Bachelor's degree.

Salary:- ,000 - 15,000/- pm + benefits.

• Mode:- Only Face to Face

• Day and timing:- Working days at 02:00-05:00 pm
