Make outbound calls to leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and online channels.
Introduce the company€™s overseas education consulting services to prospective students and parents.
Understand the aspirations, study interests, and financial background of students to qualify leads.
Schedule appointments and follow-ups for prospective students with education counselors.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge about universities, courses, admission procedures, and study destinations.
Update and manage CRM/database with accurate details of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer experience by handling queries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.
Requirements
Bachelor€™s degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or related field preferred).
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or a similar role (experience in education industry is an advantage).
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and build rapport quickly over the phone.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Fluency in English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
