Responsibilities
Connect with potential leads via outbound calls and convert them into course enrollments.
Maintain daily records of customer attendance and payment updates in our system.
Follow up on pending payments and ensure zero outstanding dues.
Assign appropriate trainers to customers and monitor their progress through the training journey.
Collect and record valuable feedback from customers to improve our services.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure training runs smoothly.
Occasionally visit training centers to support and oversee on-ground activities.
Recruit qualified scooty trainers to meet growing training needs.
Manage trainer payouts and maintain operational expense records.
Share payment invoices with customers and ensure all training information is up to date.
Skills & Qualities
Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma
Experience: 1-3 years in coordination, operations, or similar roles.
Communication: Excellent verbal communication in Kannada, English & Hindi.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, Google Suite, and basic data tools.
Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic, solution-oriented, and a team player.
