Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executive / Telecaller to contribute to our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining product or service offerings, and closing sales deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Understand customer needs and requirements to offer suitable solutions or products.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Follow up with leads to increase conversion rates.

Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Handle customer objections professionally and provide clear information.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
