Job Responsibilities:

Making outbound calls to customers using the company's provided SIM card.

Handling customer inquiries and providing necessary information.

Assisting customers with product selection, order processing, and follow-ups.

Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Criteria:

Candidate must reside in Kanniyakumari District.

Must have a laptop or desktop PC and a broadband internet connection.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):

Strong convincing skills to handle customer interactions effectively.

A polite and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
