Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to importers, exporters, and businesses
Introduce company logistics and freight forwarding services
Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Follow up with interested prospects
Maintain call records and client data in Excel

Requirements
Graduate in any field
12 years experience in telecalling / telesales / customer calling
Good English speaking skills
Confident, persuasive, and comfortable with cold calling
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and email
Preferred
Experience in logistics, courier, shipping and calling
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
Target-oriented mindset.
