key responsibilities:

make outbound calls to potential clients using company-provided data.

ability to auto-generate leads and build own prospect database when needed.

pitch company services/products clearly and convincingly.

achieve monthly sales targets consistently.

maintain follow-ups and convert leads into sales.

update call records and maintain crm data properly.

coordinate with team leads and provide regular performance updates.

requirements:

minimum 1 year of telesales experience (mandatory).

strong communication and persuasion skills.

ability to work independently in a remote setup.

basic computer and mobile handling skills.

self-motivated and target-oriented attitude.

ability to generate leads independently (auto data generation).
