we are hiring a tele calling executive to join our team. as a tele calling executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential candidates and clients, providing information about our services, and scheduling appointments for further discussions. this is a full-time position based in bhubaneswar, odisha, india. we are looking for fresher candidates with less than 1 year of experience in tele calling or similar roles.

qualifications and skills

minimum qualification will be 12th

excellent communication skills in both english, hindi and odia language

strong persuasive skills and the ability to convince potential candidates and clients

good organizational and multitasking abilities

ability to work independently and as part of a team

basic computer skills

previous experience in tele calling or similar roles will be an added advantage

roles and responsibilities

make outbound calls to prospective candidates and clients

provide information about our services and answer their queries

schedule appointments for further discussions with potential clients

maintain a database of potential candidates and clients

follow up with potential candidates and clients via phone, email, or other communication channels

collaborate with the team to achieve targets

prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and conversion rates
