Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain college courses and admission details.
Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries about courses, fees, and schedules.
Maintain and update student enquiry records accurately.
Follow up with interested candidates and convert enquiries into admissions.
Provide clear and correct information about the college and its programs.
Coordinate with the admissions team for smooth processing.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and enquiry targets.
Eligibility & Skills:
Minimum qualification: Any degree / Diploma.
Good communication skills in Tamil and basic English.
Ability to convince and handle queries politely.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Freshers can apply (training will be provided).
Working Time:
9:15 AM – 5:45 PM
