Job Description:

Altruist Hotels is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic female Telecallers to join our hotel promotions team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote hotel packages and services.

- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of ongoing promotions.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

- Handle customer queries efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.

- Maintain call records and follow-up on leads.

- Achieve daily and monthly targets as set by the team lead.

Requirements:

Gender:Female candidates only

- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years in telecalling / customer service / sales (preferred, freshers with excellent communication may apply)

-Language Skills: Excellent spoken English is a must.

- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

- Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
