altruist hotels is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic female telecallers to join our hotel promotions team. the ideal candidate will have excellent english communication skills, a professional attitude, and a passion for customer engagement.

key responsibilities:

- make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote hotel packages and services.

- clearly communicate the features and benefits of ongoing promotions.

- build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

- handle customer queries efficiently and provide appropriate solutions.

- maintain call records and follow-up on leads.

- achieve daily and monthly targets as set by the team lead.

requirements:

- experience: minimum 6 months to 2 years in telecalling / customer service / sales (preferred, freshers with excellent communication may apply)
