Interview For Telecaller || 12th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. This role is suitable for candidates with 0-2 years of experience and requires a minimum educational qualification of 12th Pass.

The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting our services clearly and persuasively, and generating interest. You will need to handle inquiries, maintain accurate records of conversations, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Making Outbound Calls: Engage with customers over the phone to explain services and gather information.

2. Customer Interaction: Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients to effectively communicate the benefits of our services.

3. Data Recording: Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions with customers for follow-ups and reporting.

4. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to improve our offerings and address any concerns they may have.
