Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Share Market/Stock Market team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing clients over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining company products/services, and generating business leads.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Explain share market, investment and trading-related products/services to clients.

Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective clients.

Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales targets.

Maintain proper records of calls, leads and customer interactions.

Build and maintain good relationships with clients.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Hindi communication is required; basic English will be an advantage.

Fresher and experienced candidates both can apply.

Candidates with telecalling, sales, banking, finance or stock market experience will be preferred.

Basic computer knowledge.

Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
