Telecaller (Female)

We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service. This position is suitable for female applicants and requires full-time office attendance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: Reach out to customers to promote products or services, ensuring every call is professional and informative.

- Maintain Customer Records: Keep detailed logs of customer interactions and update databases with relevant information about inquiries and feedback.

- Handle Customer Queries: Address and resolve customer questions or issues effectively, providing excellent service and support throughout the interaction.
