Job Description

outbound calling:

make outbound calls to a list of potential clients or leads provided by the company.

introduce the company's real estate offerings and services.

lead generation:

identify potential buyers and gather information about their property preferences and requirements.

qualify leads based on budget, location, and other criteria.

information dissemination:

provide detailed information about available properties, including features, pricing, and availability.

address inquiries and answer questions about the real estate market and buying process.

appointment setting:

schedule appointments for property viewings or consultations with the company's sales agents.

ensure that all appointments are accurately documented and confirmed.

database management:

maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.

track and record the status of leads and appointments.

follow-up calls:

conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and keep potential buyers engaged.

maintain a proactive approach to turn leads into clients.

reporting:

provide regular reports on call performance, lead conversion rates, and feedback from potential clients.

compliance:

adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to tele-calling in the real estate industry.

maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
