role and responsibilities:

1 . answer questions and provide solutions to clients regarding products, services, and course offerings.

2 . ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

3 . maintain detailed records of student interactions, feedback, and account updates.

4 . maintain and update customer information in the crm system.

5 . handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.

6 . ensure that the internal systems are updated with accurate and timely information.

7 . assist in resolving issues related to course delivery, billing, or customer queries.
