Role and Responsibilities:

1 . Answer questions and provide solutions to clients regarding products, services, and course offerings.

2 . Ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and customer support teams.

3 . Maintain detailed records of student interactions, feedback, and account updates.

4 . Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

5 . Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers.

6 . Ensure that the internal systems are updated with accurate and timely information.

7 . Assist in resolving issues related to course delivery, billing, or customer queries.
