requirements:
minimum qualification: 12th pass.
prior experience as a telecaller, customer service executive, or in recruitment/overseas consulting is an advantage.
excellent communication skills in english (knowledge of other regional or foreign languages is a plus).
strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
basic computer literacy and familiarity with ms office and crm tools.
ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
