We are looking for a dedicated Telecaller Executive to join our team in Panchkula, Haryana. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals who are looking to start their careers in telemarketing. The role involves engaging with customers and promoting our services.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Outreach:** You will be responsible for making calls to potential and existing customers to explain our services and generate interest.

- **Follow-Up Calls:** Maintain regular communication with leads and clients to nurture relationships and provide support.

Required Skills and Expectations:

We are looking for female candidates with a graduate degree and 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service. Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential. The ideal candidate should be confident, friendly, and capable of building rapport with customers over the phone. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn are important, as well as the ability to work in a team. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
