Job Description

As a Tele Sales Officer, your primary role will involve reaching out to potential customers through phone calls to promote our products and services. You will play a key part in driving sales and building customer relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Outreach:** Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services, aiming to generate interest and increase sales opportunities.

- **Lead Qualification:** Identify and assess potential leads based on their needs and interests, ensuring you focus on prospects that are most likely to convert into sales.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products and services offered, enabling you to answer questions confidently and provide accurate information to customers.

- **Sales Tracking:** Document all interactions with customers in our CRM system, keeping track of calls made, customer feedback, and any follow-up actions required.

- **Achieve Sales Targets:** Work towards meeting monthly sales goals by utilizing effective selling techniques and following up on leads in a timely manner.
