We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to contribute to generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products/services clearly to customers
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-ups
Handle customer queries and objections professionally
Coordinate with the sales and support team
Follow up on leads shared by the company
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in Hindi (English preferred)
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM is a plus)
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Preferred Candidates:
Experience in tele sales, telemarketing, or call center
Knowledge of B2B / B2C sales (if applicable)
