As a Tele Sales Officer, your main responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers in order to generate sales and meet sales targets. You will need to effectively communicate product information, answer customer queries, and close sales deals over the phone.
Key responsibilities include making a high volume of cold calls to potential customers, identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving weekly and monthly sales targets, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, strong negotiation skills, a persuasive and confident approach to selling, the ability to work well under pressure, and a target-driven mindset. Additionally, you must have a basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, be able to handle rejection professionally, and have a positive attitude towards achieving sales goals. A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, while experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.
