€¢ Provide detailed information about various financial products and services like Insurance, Mutual funds etc
€¢ Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions
€¢ Maintain a database of client interactions and follow up on leads.
€¢ Collaborate with the sales & operations team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
Experience & qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Finance with a minimum of 6 months of experience in tele calling or outbound sales.
Required Skills
€¢ Candidates with Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
€¢ Good Understanding of financial instruments such as Insurance or mutual funds.
€¢ Pleasing Personality and well behaved.
€¢ Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
