we are seeking a proactive and result-oriented telemarketing executive to manage our crm system, handle inbound and outbound leads, and ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients. the ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to maintain accurate records, and the drive to convert leads into successful business opportunities.
key responsibilities:
manage and update the crm with accurate client and lead information.
handle inbound leads from multiple sources and ensure timely follow-ups.
make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
track lead progress and ensure proper nurturing until closure.
coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
maintain call logs, reports, and performance metrics.
build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
required skills:
proficiency in microsoft excel and crm software.
strong communication & negotiation skills.
experience in outbound calling / lead generation.
ability to convince and build rapport quickly.
good organizational and time-management skills.
eligibility:
education: graduate / diploma (any stream).
minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing, bpo, or kpo.
preference: female candidates.
