📌 Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound and inbound calls, promoting products/services, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle objections professionally.

📞 Key Responsibilities:

œ… Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.

œ… Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information.

œ… Follow up on leads and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers.

œ… Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.

œ… Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.

œ… Address customer queries, objections, and concerns in a professional manner.

œ… Maintain accurate records of conversations, leads, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

œ… Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance regulations.

🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications:

🎓 Education: High school,diploma or equivalent (Degree in any field is a plus).

📞 Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.

🗣️ Communication: Excellent verbal skills in [mention language(s) required].
