We are looking for a Tele Counselor to join our team in Bavdhan. As a Tele Counselor, you will be responsible for helping students and clients by providing information and support over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Conduct Counselling Calls**: You will reach out to students and clients to understand their needs and provide guidance regarding courses and programs available.

- **Provide Accurate Information**: It is vital to share correct details about different educational options, including admission processes and eligibility criteria.

- **Follow Up with Leads**: After initial contact, you will follow up with leads to ensure they have the information they need and to answer any further questions.

- **Maintain Records**: You will keep detailed records of conversations, inquiries, and responses in our system to track client interactions and outcomes.

- **Handle Queries**: Respond to specific questions from clients or students and resolve any concerns to ensure a positive experience.
