We are looking for a Tele Counselor to join our team in Bavdhan. As a Tele Counselor, you will be responsible for helping students and clients by providing information and support over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Counselling Calls: You will reach out to students and clients to understand their needs and provide guidance regarding courses and programs available.

- Provide Accurate Information: It is vital to share correct details about different educational options, including admission processes and eligibility criteria.

- Follow Up with Leads: After initial contact, you will follow up with leads to ensure they have the information they need and to answer any further questions.

- Maintain Records: You will keep detailed records of conversations, inquiries, and responses in our system to track client interactions and outcomes.

- Handle Queries: Respond to specific questions from clients or students and resolve any concerns to ensure a positive experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are crucial for explaining concepts clearly and effectively over the phone.

- Listening Skills: The ability to listen actively and empathetically to clients will help you understand their needs better.
