We are looking for a Tele Counselor to join our team in Bavdhan. As a Tele Counselor, you will be responsible for helping students and clients by providing information and support over the phone.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Conduct Counselling Calls**: You will reach out to students and clients to understand their needs and provide guidance regarding courses and programs available.- **Provide Accurate Information**: It is vital to share correct details about different educational options, including admission processes and eligibility criteria.- **Follow Up with Leads**: After initial contact, you will follow up with leads to ensure they have the information they need and to answer any further questions.- **Maintain Records**: You will keep detailed records of conversations, inquiries, and responses in our system to track client interactions and outcomes.- **Handle Queries**: Respond to specific questions from clients or students and resolve any concerns to ensure a positive experience.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills are crucial for explaining concepts clearly and effectively over the phone.- **Listening Skills**: The ability to listen actively and empathetically to clients will help you understand their needs better.- **Customer Service Orientation**: A friendly and professional attitude is expected while interacting with clients.- **Basic Computer Skills**: Familiarity with using computers and software for data entry and record-keeping is necessary.- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to team goals. This is a full-time position that requires you to work from the office. Candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience and relevant educational backgrounds (B.A, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Com, B.Sc) are encouraged to apply.
