Job Description
Donracks is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Marketing Executive to support our sales team by generating qualified leads, coordinating with prospects, and strengthening customer relationships through effective telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales leads
Explain Donracks products and solutions clearly (warehouse racking, storage systems, etc.)
Follow up on enquiries received through Justdial, website, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns
Qualify leads and assign the same the sales team
Maintain accurate call records and customer details in CRM / Excel
Regular follow-ups to convert enquiries into orders
Coordinate with sales, marketing teams when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Diploma (any stream)
Good communication skills in English and regional language
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
Ability to convince and handle customer objections professionally
Target-driven and disciplined approach
Experience in B2B telemarketing or industrial sales is an added advantage
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B telecalling
Strong follow-up skills and customer-handling ability
Energetic, confident, and self-motivated
Work Time from : Am to PM
