Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective business clients from provided or self-generated databases.
Pitch company products/services confidently and explain their value proposition to decision-makers.
Identify sales opportunities and schedule appointments or demos for the field sales team.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp to maintain a consistent pipeline.
Maintain client database (CRM) with updated records of calls, follow-ups, feedback, and status.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Share quotations, catalogs, and product information with prospects.
Coordinate with the internal sales, logistics, and technical teams for smooth client handling.
Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
