An Inside Sales Executive talks to customers over phone, email, or online. The main goal is to explain company products or services and convert leads into sales.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Call and follow up with potential customers
Explain products or services clearly to clients
Handle inbound and outbound calls
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions
Maintain customer details and follow-ups in CRM
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with the sales and support team
Skills Required:
Good communication and convincing skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to handle customers professionally
Target-oriented and self-motivated
Basic knowledge of CRM is an advantage
Educational Qualification:
Any degree / diploma (freshers can apply)
Experience:
Freshers or 0–3 years experience in inside sales / telesales
