Job Description

Lead Management:

Following up with leads to nurture and convert them.

Target Achievement:

Meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, or monthly targets for student enrollments.

Reporting:

Maintaining records of calls, updating customer information in the CRM system, and reporting on progress.

Sales Skills:

Persuading students to enroll in the program and converting leads into enrollments.

CRM Proficiency:

Ability to use and update customer information in a CRM system.

Time Management:

Ability to manage a high volume of calls and follow up on leads effectively.
