We are looking for a motivated Tele Caller to join our team in HBR Layout, Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers.

As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about our products or services, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will also record customer interactions in our database, follow up on leads, and collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Making Outbound Calls: Engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to introduce our offerings.

- Product Knowledge: Understand our products/services thoroughly to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.

- Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed throughout the call.

- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update their status in our database.

- Follow-Up: Reach out to leads and previous contacts to nurture relationships and encourage conversions.

Candidates should possess basic computer skills and have a good command of the local language. A high school education (10th pass) is required, along with a willingness to learn and adapt. Strong listening and persuasive skills are essential, as is the ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to achieving overall sales goals.
