Female - Hiring Tele Caller For Gomti Nagar Lucknow

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated female Tele Caller to join our team in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience and a graduate degree.

In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, explaining our services, and gathering information to help drive sales. You will maintain accurate records of calls made and follow up with leads to ensure timely responses. Additionally, you will assist in resolving customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting Outbound Calls: You will reach out to potential customers, introducing our services and promoting our brand.

- Lead Generation: You will gather contact information and maintain a database of prospects to support the sales team.

- Customer Support: You will address customer questions and concerns, providing accurate information and resolving issues as they arise.

- Record Keeping: You will document your calls and customer interactions in our systems to track progress and follow up effectively.
