Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services.
€¢ Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.
€¢ Maintain a record of calls and customer information in the CRM.
€¢ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.
€¢ Provide accurate information to customers and handle objections professionally.
€¢ Maintain a polite and professional tone at all times.

Requirements:
€¢ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor€™s degree preferred).
€¢ Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or tele sales is a plus.
€¢ Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, regional language.
€¢ Good listening skills and a positive attitude.
€¢ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
€¢ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
