Job Description

key responsibilities:

make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services.

answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries.

maintain a record of calls and customer information in the crm.

follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales.

provide accurate information to customers and handle objections professionally.

maintain a polite and professional tone at all times.

requirements:

high school diploma or equivalent (bachelors degree preferred).

prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or tele sales is a plus.

excellent communication skills in english, hindi, regional language.

good listening skills and a positive attitude.

ability to work independently and as part of a team.

basic computer knowledge (ms excel, crm tools, etc.).
