Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about our products/services. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries. Maintain a record of calls and customer information in the CRM. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales. Provide accurate information to customers and handle objections professionally. Maintain a polite and professional tone at all times.________________________________________Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). Prior experience in tele calling, customer service, or tele sales is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, regional language. Good listening skills and a positive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).________________________________________Preferred Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Time management and organizational skills.
